Minnie Mouse is made with frozen buttercream transfer technique—this is the first time I’ve tried it and I was happy with the outcome. Fortunately, I was able to find lots of great how-to tips like attaching your transfer paper to the top of a glass baking dish so you can check out the “top” side while you’re filling in.
